The week of May 19-25 was National EMS Week. In celebration of that, we hosted an EMS Day on Saturday, May 25, 2002. Among the displays and attractions were demonstrations placed by members of the Westvaco Rescue Squad and the Buena Vista Fire Department.
We would like to thank those individuals and organizations that helped make our celebration a success.

Other displays included the Glasgow Fire Department Thermal Imager, Central Shenandoah Planning Commission, and the Glasgow Library Committee.
We ran a few kiddie game booths. The Buena Vista Fire Department ran a coloring contest.
