Brush Fire

The Glasgow Fire Department responded to a brush fire on the side of the road.  It is believed to have been started by a passing motorist tossing out a lit cigarette.  Another motorist called 911 before the fire had a chance to spread.

 

Mike and Adrian Watts create a fire break to keep the fire contained.

 

Barrett rakes the loose leaves away from the fire.

 

As does Adrian.

 

Mike hoses down the hot spots.
