MVA I-81 Northbound Lane MM 174

The driver of the tractor trailer lost control of the vehicle.  It then went into an uncontrolled slide, struck the guardrail, and jack-knifed.

This photo was taken on Route 11 on the way to the call from the back of Rescue 34. 
Rescue 32 (Crash Truck) is right behind.

The Natural Bridge Fire Department assisted us with this call. 
Brush 11 marks on scene.

The driver escaped injury in this accident. 
He refused medical treatment and transportation to the hospital.
