During the 1970's a new patch was designed and implemented. This design was in use until 2000. At this time a new design is contemplated for our 50-Year Anniversary. |

Also during the 1970's, a patch was designed for the backs of our
jumpsuits. This patch measured over 1 ft. across. |

To commemorate our 50-Year Anniversary, a new patch was designed and
implemented. On the lower banner, the year 1951 is displayed. This indicates the year in which we were formed. The four icons surrounding the Star Of Life are indicative of the four certifications that our members carry: CPR, Emergency Vehicle Operations, HazMat Awareness, and Vehicle Extrication. The Cardinal resting on a sprig of Dogwood borrows from the Town of Glasgow's Seal. The Cardinal is the state bird, while the Dogwood is the state tree. |
