Good Afternoon, welcome to the Glasgow Rescue Squad Home Page.

We were founded in 1951, and admitted into the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads on May 9, 1951.
We are the 42nd chartered EMS agency in Virginia.

The Glasgow Life Saving First Aid Crew responds to the citizens of Glasgow, Natural Bridge, Natural Bridge Station, and South-Eastern Rockbridge County. We operate 2 building the main one in Glasgow and a Satellite building in Natural Bridge.

We have an active roster of 16 Senior Members, 4 Certified Associate Members, 1 Senior Trainees, and 4 Life Members. Our members include 1 EMT-Paramedic, 2 EMT-Intermediates, 4 EMT-Enhanced, and 13 EMT-Basics.

We also have 3 Junior Members and 8 Auxiliary Members who assist us with fundraisers.

This is a site that will be continually be updated to bring you the latest in what's happening to your rescue squad.
