William,

Thank you for requesting permission to use photos from our site. You may
certainly use them, but we actually prefer that you not reference Physio as
the source of the material. The reason for this is that if we are listed as
the source, we assume liability for keeping that information maintained. We
don't have the resources to track and ensure that information is update on
all referring sites.

We welcome your linking to our site. Our corporate headquarters asks that we have anyone linking to our site agree to the attached text document--and
reply indicating agreement. I have also included a GIF of the Medtronic
Physio-Control mark. If you use it and need to resize it, please resize it
proportionally.

Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Best regards,

     Dear Mr. Wheeler:

That's not a problem as long as your site does not intend to use the
images for commercial gain. Also, please note that I can only give
permission for those products that are manufactured by Allegiance
(you can look in our on-line catalog at www.allegiance.net to check -
manufacturer names are given at the beginning of each product
description in parenthesis if the products are not manufactured by us).
You would need to contact the manufacturer of the product for
     permission if it's not ours.

     Hope this helps!

Mr. Wheeler:
I have contacted all of the right people and it appears that there shouldn't
be any problem with displaying the picture as long as you don't make any
claims to the operating parameters of the cot.

Also, if you have a chance to proof me of the layout prior to going live
that would be appreciated.
